Our team has provided essential site development services, including earthwork, grading, a 40-acre site, utility installation, storm drainage infrastructure, and erosion control measures. Working alongside Landmark Properties and project partners, J.W. Hampton has helped transform the site into a modern residential community that has 54 units, 650 beds, and quality amenities that combine quality construction with the unique character of the High Country.

This large-scale development showcases our ability to deliver complex sitework solutions while maintaining strict project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.
