Transforming a Site for a New Community Destination

J.W. Hampton Company completed the site development for the new Publix grocery store in Boone, North Carolina, redeveloping the property from its previous use into a modern retail destination. The project included site excavation, storm drainage installation, water and sewer utilities, driveway and parking lot reconstruction, site concrete, paving, and the construction of a new traffic signal at the store entrance on US 321.
